Disclaimer

Information on our website, including timings, fees, opening days, seasonal patterns and site descriptions, is prepared to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing, but such details can change without notice. We update content periodically but recommend confirming critical, time-sensitive details before you travel.

Hotels, transport operators, boat operators, guides and other suppliers referenced on our website or included in your itinerary deliver their own services under their own terms and standards, over which we do not have direct control.

Road conditions, weather, water levels, wildlife visibility and general travel conditions across Odisha vary by season and can change suddenly, affecting the experience described for a destination or activity.

References to hotels, vehicles, boats, permits and activity slots on our website or in a quotation reflect availability as understood at that time, and are not a guarantee that the same will remain available until a booking is actually confirmed.

Prices mentioned on our website are indicative and may change based on season, supplier rates, taxes or currency factors. The actual applicable price for your trip is the one confirmed in your written quotation.

We do not guarantee particular weather conditions for any destination or travel date, and outdoor activities, boat rides and wildlife excursions may be affected or cancelled due to weather for safety reasons.

Where our website or communications mention supplier facilities, categories or policies, the supplier's own current terms, as confirmed at the time of booking, will always govern the actual service delivered.

Our website may link to external websites for reference, such as government tourism portals or heritage authorities. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of external websites we do not control.

Temple darshan arrangements, including access to specific areas of a temple, are subject to the temple authority's own rules, queues and any restrictions in force on the day, and cannot be guaranteed by us.

Similarly, wildlife sightings, such as tigers, elephants or dolphins, depend on natural animal behaviour and cannot be guaranteed on any particular safari, boat ride or visit, however carefully planned.
