In these terms, "we", "us", "our" and "the Company" refer to Odisha Tour Packages Private Limited, operating under the brand name Odisha Tour Packages. "You" and "guest" refer to the person or persons booking or travelling on a package arranged by us.

These terms apply to all enquiries, quotations, bookings and travel services arranged through us, whether communicated through our website, phone, WhatsApp or email.

We act as a travel and tour operator that plans itineraries and coordinates third-party hotels, transport operators, boat operators, guides and other local service providers across Odisha, based on the requirements you share with us.

We do not directly own hotels, vehicles, boats or attraction sites. Services relating to these are delivered by independent third parties under their own terms, which we coordinate on your behalf.

Bookings are confirmed as described in our Booking Policy, based on a written quotation accepted by you and the advance payment referenced in that quotation. Package pricing is based on the hotel category, vehicle type, season and number of travellers stated in your quotation, and may change if any of these details change.

Applicable Indian taxes are charged on our services as per prevailing rates at the time of booking, and are shown in your quotation or invoice where applicable.

Payment terms, accepted methods, advance and balance amounts and deadlines are governed by our Payment Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Hotel stays are subject to the specific hotel's check-in and check-out timings, house rules and identification requirements. Specific rooms, floors or views cannot be guaranteed even where requested, only the category confirmed in your booking.

Transport services are provided in the vehicle category confirmed in your booking. Routes, halts and timings may be adjusted by the driver or by us for road conditions, safety or traffic, without this being treated as a change to your package.

Activities such as boat safaris, forest visits, cultural experiences and monument visits are subject to the operating hours, permit availability and rules of the relevant authority or operator, and may be closed or restricted on short notice for reasons outside our control.

We may need to change a confirmed itinerary due to weather, road or monument closures, permit decisions, safety concerns or supplier-side changes. We will inform you as soon as we are aware of any such change and aim to preserve the value and spirit of your original itinerary wherever possible.

You are responsible for arriving on time for pick-ups and check-ins, carrying valid identification, following instructions from drivers, guides and boat operators, complying with local laws and site rules, and behaving respectfully towards other travellers, staff and local communities.

You must provide accurate personal and identification details for every traveller as required by hotels, forest departments and other authorities. We are not responsible for check-in or permit issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete details supplied by you.

Cancellations, date changes and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Neither party is responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest or government orders. We will act in good faith to minimise the impact of any such event on your travel, subject to what our suppliers are able to offer.

Hotels, transport operators, boat operators, guides and other suppliers act as independent contractors and are responsible for the services they directly deliver, under their own terms and conditions, which may be shared with you where relevant.

We are not liable for losses, delays, injury or damage arising from acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, natural events, civil disruption, government action, or your own non-compliance with instructions, laws or site rules. Our role is to plan, coordinate and support your travel arrangements in good faith.

Use of our website is subject to our separate Website Terms of Use, which cover permitted use, prohibited activity and content ownership.

All content on our website, including text, photographs, itineraries and design, is the property of Odisha Tour Packages Private Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission, except as reasonably needed for your own personal reference while planning or taking your trip.

Personal information you share with us is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to first raise it with us in writing so that we can attempt to resolve it directly and promptly.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
