Refund Policy

How refund eligibility is assessed and how approved refunds are processed.

Refund eligibility

A refund may become due when a confirmed booking is cancelled, modified, or when a supplier is unable to deliver a paid service. Whether an amount is refundable, and how much, depends on what the relevant hotel, transport or other supplier actually agrees to return once we have raised the cancellation or change with them.

We do not guarantee a fixed refund amount at the time a cancellation request is made, since this depends on supplier confirmation, which we pursue on your behalf as soon as possible after your request.

Non-refundable components

Some components of a package, such as certain discounted hotel rates, festival-period bookings, government permits or already-utilised services, may be non-refundable under the terms that applied when they were booked. Where this is known at the time of booking, we mention it in your quotation or confirmation.

Supplier deductions

Any refund we are able to arrange reflects what hotels, transport operators, boat operators and other suppliers actually agree to return, less any cancellation charges, processing fees or non-refundable portions they apply under their own terms.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the booking, for example the same bank account or UPI ID from which the payment was made. We do not offer refunds to a different account or payment method unless there is a clear reason we agree to in writing, such as the original account no longer being usable.

Timing differences by payment method

The time a refund takes to reflect in your account can vary depending on the payment method originally used and your bank's own processing timelines, which are outside our control. UPI refunds and bank transfer refunds may take different lengths of time to appear.

How cancellation timing affects refunds

Generally, the earlier a cancellation or change is requested before the travel date, the more likely it is that suppliers will agree to release a larger portion of the amount paid, since they have more opportunity to resell the reserved inventory. Cancellations requested very close to travel dates typically recover less, or nothing, depending on the supplier's terms.

Partial refunds

Where only part of a package is cancelled, for example one hotel night or one activity, while the rest of the trip proceeds, any refund due is calculated only for that specific component, based on what the relevant supplier agrees to release for it.

Failed or unsuccessful transactions

If you made a payment that did not successfully reach us, for example due to a technical error, and the amount was debited from your account, please share the transaction reference with us so we can investigate. Amounts confirmed as not received by us but debited from your bank should also be pursued with your bank, since the delay in such cases can originate on the banking side.

Processing time

Refunds are typically processed after supplier confirmations are received, since we need to know the exact amount the supplier is releasing before we can process your refund. We do not commit to a fixed number of days for this, because it depends on how quickly each supplier confirms their position.
